ghost and tape - Pardinyas (2025)

With this new work, Heine Christensen continues his explorations into the world of Eurorack. This ever-changing instrument has had a profound impact on his practice, pushing the boundaries of his (re)sampling and sound construction techniques. On Pardinyas, we hear the most minimal and abstract ghost and tape to date. Snippets of melody come and go, almost as if they’re playing a game of hide and seek, but before you even realize it, the abstraction has turned into a meaningful reality. Pardinyas marks a new chapter for ghost and tape, offering a subtle yet focused evolution of his sound, and once again, an ode to composing with sound.
