Avra Banerjee - Swar Lahari (2025)

Avra Banerjee is a seasoned Indian classical musician and sarod player with over 15 years of formal training. A prolific composer, he has released more than 35 singles and earned multiple international honors—including the InterContinental Music Awards, Global Music Awards, Clef Music Award, and others—in World, Fusion, and Instrumental categories. Avra founded two World-music ensembles, “Ragamorphism” (India) and “SwaraSynthesis” (Australia), where he composes, arranges, and performs genre-blending music. His catalog spans instrumental and vocal works in Hindi, Urdu, English, and Bengali, reflecting influences that range from World and Indian classical to Fusion, Rock & Pop, Ghazals, and Sufi music. He is also a voting member of The Recording Academy.
