Arlindo Cruz - Sambista Perfeito (2007)

Perfect Sambista is Arlindo Cruz's first album of new songs in 14 years. Produced by Leandro Sapucahy, the album features guest appearances by Maria Rita (on "What is Love"), Zeca Pagodinho and the Old Guards of Portela and Império (on the track "If I Find Her," by Arlindo and Zeca), and Sereno, a member of Fundo de Quintal (on "A Rosa" / "Flor que não se cheiro"). The album also features collaborations between Arlindo and Marcelo D2 and Junior Dom ("That's What Brazil Is"), Mauro Diniz ("Meu Lugar"), and Nei Lopes ("O Perfeito Samba Player").
