"Inside Hi-Fi" is a landmark album by American alto saxophonist Lee Konitz, recorded in 1956 and released in 1957. This record is a prime example of the cool jazz style, showcasing Konitz's intellectual and refined approach to improvisation, which contrasted with the dominant bebop of the era. The album was recorded with two different lineups: one half with guitarist Billy Bauer, and the other with pianist Sal Mosca. A notable feature is that on the session with Mosca, Konitz plays the tenor saxophone for the first time in his recording career.
