Pinc Louds - You Can't Eat the Moon and Be a Werewolf Too (2025)

Awoooooo! Imagine yourself in the New York City subways, trying to get from A to B in the hustle and bustle of the Big Apple. Beyond the screeching of the train tracks and the clamor of the city life, you hear an enchanting falsetto, accompanied by the beating of the nylon strings. Clad in a floral dress and electric blue lipstick would be Claudi; Eclectic persona and lead, who(at this point of the story) had just moved from Puerto Rico to make a life in the city as a musician. Fast forward a bit and Claudi, accompanied by bassist/keyboardist Marc Mosteirin and drummer Matt Dallal, as well as a wide array of puppeteers/artists, have found a home/audience, busking in every crevice of NYC they can find, as well of the hearts of New Yorkers and beyond.

Nearly 10 years later, following 2 Studio Albums, a Pandemic, and the label “the Band that Saved the Summer,” Pinc Louds is back, and we here at Needlejuice Records are over the Moon to bring you “You Can’t Eat the Moon and be a Werewolf Too,” mixed by Gordon Raphael of Strokes fame!

Ycetm touches on themes such as the uncertainty of a life built, as well as traumas of the religious, gender, parenthood, addiction, loss, self, and many other varieties, with the same queer punk-battered freak-folk/Latin jams that have defined Pinc Louds this last decade.
