Singer-songwriter HAUGLAND from Øyslebø in Agder is establishing himself on the national scene as a name to be reckoned with, and will release his second solo album "Og snart kommer morgendagen" in 2025. The album is produced by the well-known Freddy Holm, and the musicians are, in addition to string master Holm himself, Jørun Bøgeberg (a-ha, Dance with a stranger, Claudia Scott, etc) and Eivind Kløverød (Jonas Fjeld, Ole Paus, Unni Wilhelmsen, etc)
In the spring of 2024, HAUGLAND was nominated for the Norwegian Americana Fjordingpris in the "newcomer of the year" category for his debut album, "På vei" (2023). Well-known music critic from Dagbladet, Øyvind Rønning, was among those who put the album on his list of the best Norwegian albums of 2023.
