Quicche - Frisia (2025) [Hi-Res]

German singer, songwriter and composer Mark Grunheuser presents his new project Quicche on the famous label R&S Records. The debut album ‘Frisia' combines gentle vocals and sophisticated electronics with epic and vibrant elements of indie folk.
Grunheuser is studying at the Faculty of Popular Music at the famous Folkwang University of the Arts. Over the past few years, his musical achievements — from receiving an award at the prestigious popNRW ceremony in 2020 to collaborating with theaters and dance groups — have been shaped by his studies.
Grunheuser spent a month in Northern Germany writing, recording and producing his debut album. He set up a studio in a secluded house and restricted access to people and equipment himself.
