Henry Threadgill - Dirt... And More Dirt (2018) [Hi-Res]

"Dirt... And More Dirt" is an album by Pulitzer Prize-winning composer and multi-instrumentalist Henry Threadgill. It is the second recording by his 15-member ensemble, 14 or 15 Kestra: Agg. The album consists of two long-form works, "Dirt" and "And More Dirt," which are part of Threadgill's ongoing exploration of integrating composition with group improvisation. The works were inspired by Walter de Maria's art installation, "The New York Earth Room."
