"Halo on the Inside" is an album by the American artist Haley Fohr, who performs under the moniker Circuit des Yeux. The record represents an evolution in the artist's sound, combining dark orchestral folk with elements of dark-wave and industrial music. The writing process took place in solitude, at night in her basement studio, which, according to Fohr, allowed her to find a new, quiet voice deep within herself.

Thematically, the album explores ideas of metamorphosis, inspired in part by a trip to Greece and a fascination with the mythological figure of Pan—a demigod associated with music, nature, and transformation. The album was completed in Minneapolis with producer Andrew Broder (known for his work with Bon Iver, Moor Mother).
