The Dwarfs of East Agouza - Sasquatch Landslide (2025) [Hi-Res]

The Dwarfs Of East Agouza is an improvisational trio from Cairo, featuring members Maurice Louca, Sam Shalabi, and Alan Bishop. Their music is a powerful fusion of free jazz, krautrock, Egyptian shaabi, noise, and North African rhythms. The group is known for its unpredictable and intense live performances, during which they create long, trance-inducing compositions using polyrhythmic keyboards, guitar, and bass. Their unique sound, which has drawn comparisons to bands like Wolf Eyes and The Ex while remaining entirely distinct, will be featured on their upcoming album "Sasquatch Landslide," set for release in Fall 2025.
