The first, “Abstracts”, is a collection of eight original compositions by Martín García García, written in 2020 in New York City during the pandemic. The second, “Música Callada” by Federico Mompou, is a meditative exploration of silence and stillness. Written between 1959 and 1967, these miniature piano pieces transcend conventional musical structure, offering a quiet, ethereal experience that speaks directly to the soul.
