Billo's Caracas Boys is a Venezuelan musical orchestra founded by Dominican-Venezuelan Luis María Frómeta, better known as Billo Frómeta, on August 31, 1940, which he conducted until his death on May 5, 1988.

The orchestra's primary influence, from its inception, was Caribbean music, specifically Venezuelan cumbia, Colombian Caribbean music, and Cuban music, and they created a repertoire comprised of boleros and salsa.
