Barbara Forstner - Long Long Gone (2025) [Hi-Res]

Franco-American artist Barbara Forstner has unveiled her debut album, "Long Long Gone." Distinct from her previous works, this record was recorded in a single take and features a collection of eleven stripped-back indie folk ballads. Relying primarily on vocals and acoustic fingerpicking, Forstner evokes an atmosphere reminiscent of Nick Drake and Adrianne Lenker. The album explores themes of love, family, and personal vulnerability, balancing hope with nostalgia. Despite its brevity, the work is characterized by its distinct gentleness and sincerity.
