The idea of making a commemorative album for the Limited Edition came to Geno De Angelis, the band's bassist, in December 2020, during the lockdown. The project was to put on vinyl as many of the group's songs as possible, written and recorded from 1982 to 1987, the year Tielle disbanded.
Due to Geno's illness and passing, the recording and production of the album have been put on hold until now.
Side A of the album features the four songs recorded in the studio on a 16-track set that were supposed to end up on an EP to be released in 1985, but which never saw the light of day.
Side B features four tracks recorded with a ghetto blaster, a portable cassette recorder, in the Villa Amantea rehearsal room between 1985 and 1986. The side concludes with a live track recorded @Acqua Potabile in Milan in 1985.
These historic tracks are complemented by a version of "Doesn't Make It Alright" by The Specials, recorded in May 2025. The track features Stefano Traldi of Rappresaglia on bass, playing Geno's parts, Andrea Scaglia of Ritmo Tribale, Stingo and Marco Rotondo of Shockin' TV, and Roberto Rizzo on backing vocals, plus Andrea Luciano, a former saxophonist with the band, along with Ivan Padovani on trumpet and Davide Mazza on trombone in the wind section.
