Glenn Crytzer - The Songbook Sessions, Vol. 1 (2020)

During the covid-19 shutdowns my quartet formed a pod and undertook an ambitious fan-funded project - recording 250 songs, live in front of a live-streaming audience. Every week on Sundays for 25 weeks we performed and recorded 10 songs from a consecutive year, beginning with 1920 in week 1 and working our way up to 1944 by week 25.

This project not only gave us source of income during a time when there were no gigs to be had, but an opportunity to make music and way to maintain community with our fans who tuned in each week to watch the sessions.
