The third album from the trio Post-Sun-Vision, with double bassist Ingrid Schyborger as a new member. Mario Ochoa Hörberg continues to create unique, imaginative drumming in harmony with Alice Hernqvist's piano and synthesizer. The drummer also composed the music on the album, which was then arranged by the three.

Post-Sun-Vision plays a jazz that can be tenderly melodic one moment and then become eccentrically nippy in a way that makes people around me start doing parodic free dances. Freedom seems to be the trio's motto, and they usually manage to create music that reflects that feeling in an adequate and appetizing way.

The addition of Ingrid Schyborger, who was nominated for the Manifest Prize for last year's solo debut, seems to have acted as a vital vitamin injection. The album also features Hannes Bennich's saxophone on two songs, which adds nuance and character.

The album Finally has an underlying idea that the trio also put into words. “On this album, each track has more specifically to do with the quest and difficulties of getting above the surface in different ways in the shadow of depression, personal losses and the search for one’s identity.” The wordless songs have their roots in topics such as late-diagnosed bipolar disorder, the passing of relatives, others’ search for spirituality, and exhibitionists who prescribe certain templates for success.

Finally: Post-Sun-Vision succeeds very well in its quest to find a musical balance between everyday darkness and nightmarish humor.
