Tarpina (2026) is the debut full-length studio album by the French band Paillette 121, officially released in October 2026.
The group was formed in 2019 at the initiative of bassist Naomi Cohen, who was joined by Simon Daniel on guitar, Ismaël Saint-Rémy on oud, and Anatole Palichleb on drums. The band has built an elaborate, imaginative concept around their work: they claim to be the surviving inhabitants of the destroyed planet Paillette 121—and its capital, Hysz—who are now beaming sound waves down to Earth.
