Géraldine Schnyder & Jiri Slavik - To Let Go (2025) Hi-Res

Géraldine Schnyder and Jiří Slavík regularly appear together in larger musical groups and as colleagues they also meet in the corridors of the Brno JAMU, where they both work in the jazz department. At the beginning of 2025, they formed a duo and in July they recorded To Let Go. The result emphasizes communicativeness and spontaneity, the basic principle of the album is the effort to approach musical material without preparation, openly, intuitively and telepathically. To Let Go is released only digitally and presents both original work and adapted blues and gospel songs or jazz standards.
