Stairway - Medicine Dance (2023)

Stairway, a band founded by Yardbirds drummer Jim McCarty and guitarist Louis Cennamo, released the album "Medicine Dance". The 1992 release, styled in New Age and Ambient genres, is conceptually based on Native American shamanic traditions and animal archetypes. The musical component combines traditional instruments with electronica, creating an atmosphere for healing practices. The project, born from the musicians' interest in healing music, achieved commercial success in the 90s, selling over 100,000 copies of their albums.
