The German project Delta-Sleep-Inducing Peptide (DSIP), featuring Dieter Mauson and Siegmar Fricke, established an extensive discography in the early 1990s focused on the exploration of sleep states and the subconscious. Utilizing analog hardware and radio broadcast collages, the duo developed a unique organic style blending immersive ambience with early manifestations of hauntology. A new retrospective box set compiles three pivotal albums from the 1989–1994 period, showcasing the evolution of their hallucinatory and intuitive sonic landscapes.
