Introducing, on pre order - 300 limited edition numbered albums. ‘Unreliable memories of contested conversations’ will be shipped as soon as they are ready, and no later than January the 30th. Grey on white artwork with reverse info side, inner jacket and strictly black vinyl. As the boogie likes black to travel on.

Firstly they will be on sale on Bandcamp before being taken to live shows in the next 2 months, including a UK tour in March. The Album is released on WoozyWu recordings, giving us an outlet to put out music as regularly and irregularly as feels right.

Watch out for small runs of 7 inch singles and other limited edition releases that will be available for a short time before being able to be purchased at Galliano gigs .

‘Unreliable memories of contested consevations’ is made up of seven tracks, six new and a new version of Jus Reach. ‘Jus Reach 25’ is faster and funkier captureing the live energy that has rooted the new live show. There is a cover of ‘Holding on’ the classic gospel tune by the Devoted souls. This is a cover of the ‘Kon edit ‘ that became a staple of many DJ sets in the clubs.

The other tracks have all been recorded as the last album at Boogie Back Studios exploring that boogie funk groove that Galliano music has been rooted in since the late 80s. The title track explores those stories that become a story , while ‘Do you own tax and dental work’ starts just outside a cafe in one of Catania’s backstreets.

Acid Jazz Revenge features Finn Peter’s, an old collaborator friend and still one of the most gifted musicians to of crossed paths. Green Banana features Maia Avery from afro beat dons Kotoa, and has established itself last summer as a new favourite of the live set.

Get in on the pre as due to certain vinyl pressure at the plants we are not sure when a repress will be arranged. Bless up and keep the faith …….
