The third album by the Belgian rhythm'n'blues band led by the guitarist and singer from Fried Bourbon is being released as a CD in a digisleeve via Rhythm Bomb.

With his old band Fried Bourbon, "Shakedown" Tim Lelegems has been a welcome guest at Belgian blues and jazz festivals for many years and the band has recorded four albums since 2007. The musicians performed together with colleagues such as Gene Taylor, James Harman, Roland Van Campenhout, Steven De Bruyn, Jo' Buddy, Little Victor and Bill Sheffield before returning as a quartet with keyboards - with a new name and new personnel. "Way Up!" is the follow-up to "Shakedown's Th'owdown" (2018) and "Hard To Catch" (2016) and impresses with eleven wonderfully raw rhythm'n'blues songs that are full of atmosphere and variety. Together with drummer Koen Van Peteghem, bassist Kurt Lens and pianist Ilias Scotch, the guitarist and singer pulls out all the stops of the genre from the 30s to the 50s, from slowly staggering ballads to cool mid-tempo rollers to crisp dance floor fillers. Shakedown Tim & The Rhythm Revue are without doubt one of Europe's top blues revival acts.
