The album HEATED LAND offers an archaic and stoic interpretation of the singer-songwriter genre, blending the influences of classic blues legends with the styles of Bob Dylan and JJ Cale. While framed as a folk project, the tracks function as avant-garde pop miniatures. The record was captured live over a few days in an abandoned railway hut near Dresden, resulting in a raw, authentic snapshot of meticulously crafted songs with minimal post-production.
