Academy Award-winning director Quentin Tarantino's 2009 World War II epic, Inglourious Basterds, starring Brad Pitt, Diane Kruger, Mélanie Laurent, Christoph Waltz, Daniel Brühl, Eli Roth. A group of Jewish-American soldiers known as 'The Basterds' are chosen specifically to spread fear throughout the Third Reich by scalping and brutally killing Nazis. The Basterds soon cross paths with a French-Jewish teenage girl who runs a movie theater in Paris which is targeted by the soldiers and becomes the destination for their ultimate revenge. For the accompanying motion picture soundtrack, this time Tarantino is not only using quirky artists and songs as in the past, but also implements previously-released scores from the likes of Ennio Morricone, Dimitri Tiomkin, Charles Bernstein as well!
