Each year around International Women's Day, we put together an album featuring new music recorded by women-led projects around Australia, and the line-up for 'Women of Jazz 26' again reflects the diversity and energy of the scene down under.

Featured on this one are fresh ABC recordings from names like Sydney saxophonist Tessie Overmyer and the Adelaide-based singer Lauren Kate Henderson, and there are also highlights from previous Artists In Residence, with solo performances by guitarist Jess Green, pianist Lauren Tsamouras, drummer Jodie Michael and saxophonist Martha Baartz to name a few.
