Quebec bassist and band leader Carl Mayotte releases new album Claude, a collection of 7 original tracks inspired by his father:

"This music was born from a significant period filled with memories, nostalgia, but also gratitude. I wanted to write something real and sincere — something that tells, without words, everything my father passed on to me, both personally and musically. Each piece feels like a scene, a moment frozen in time. You’ll hear bursts of energy, more introspective passages, and above all, a lot of heart. This is probably the most intimate project I’ve shared so far."
