Now approaching her 27th year in the industry, the unrivaled composer and director, Shiina Ringo, is reaching a new peak of maturity with her new album, "Kinjite."
Sheena has taken the "forbidden" step of forbidding herself from writing her own compositions, and this album, titled "Kinjite," is a rare find, featuring only songs she has performed as guest on other artists' albums or collaborated with other producers. This album follows in the footsteps of her 2013 collaboration best album, "Ukiname." Like the previous album, the artwork, designed by Japan's renowned artist Akira Uno, is a highlight. In addition to previously released tracks created in collaboration with Izawa Kazuha, millennium parade, and Kato Miliyah, the album features 11 new tracks, including collaborations with Mukai Hidenori, BIGYUKI, Miyake Jun, and Ijichi Hiromasa.
