"Unbalance," a collaboration between Carlos Ferreira and Dasom Baek, explores the intersections of ambient, drone, and musique concrète through uninterrupted free improvisation. Eschewing post-production edits, the album merges Ferreira's processed guitar textures with Baek’s traditional Korean wind instruments, effectively dissolving the boundaries between acoustic tradition and electronic abstraction. The project highlights intuitive real-time listening and shifting equilibrium, presenting sound as a living, vulnerable presence born from a profound cross-cultural dialogue.
