Tenille Townes - The Acrobat (2026)

The Acrobat is a cinematic, introspective journey that marks a significant evolution in Tenille Townes’ storytelling. Produced in part by Jaren Johnston (of The Cadillac Three), the album moves away from traditional country polish toward a raw, sometimes gritty "Americana-rock" sound that highlights Townes’ distinctive, raspy vocals.

The title track and the overall concept revolve around the duality of the performer: the "Acrobat" who performs daring feats for the world while grappling with internal fears and the search for a safe place to land. It’s an album about the masks we wear and the courage it takes to take them off.
