Trumpeter Olivier Laisney introduces a new multidisciplinary project co-created with Palestinian poet and rapper Osloob Abdelrahman. The musical concept is based on a unique synthesis: Olivier Messiaen's academic composition methods and Magic Malik's harmonic system are merged with traditional Arabic vocals and hip-hop. The experiment aims to find common ground between Western musical avant-garde and Eastern song traditions. The result is an eclectic sonic language where complex harmonic clusters serve as a natural backdrop for Arabic poetry and modern improvisation.
