Legends: Soundtrack from the Netflix Series is the original score to the British Netflix crime drama Legends (2026), created and written by Neil Forsyth (The Gold, Guilt). The six-part series, which premiered on 7 May 2026, is rooted in a true story: in the early 1990s, Her Majesty's Customs and Excise launched a clandestine operation, sending a team of ordinary civil servants undercover to infiltrate Britain's most dangerous drug networks. Directed by Brady Hood and starring Tom Burke, Steve Coogan, Hayley Squires, Tom Hughes and Aml Ameen, the series drew immediate critical acclaim, earning five stars from both the Financial Times and Radio Times.
The score was composed by Welsh musician Sion Trefor — one of the most sought-after composers in British prestige television, previously known for his work on Say Nothing (FX), Toxic Town and Death Valley (BBC). A virtuoso multi-instrumentalist operating out of Cardiff, Trefor brings a rare combination of atmospheric tension and restrained emotional depth, perfectly suited to the gritty, period-authentic world of Legends. Across 16 tracks, he layers electronic textures with cinematic unease; the track "Signs" features a vocal collaboration with Kari Aryeh. The score album was released digitally by Netflix Music on 8 May 2026, one day after the series premiere.
