There are some good performances here, particularly of earlier works, but there are also some complete duds. The worst is the incredibly dull performance of the Toccata finale from Widor's Organ Symphony No.5. This dreary rendition ends the recital and probably explains the very subdued audience applause. The recorded sound is good but we are not told the organ which was used.
