Akido (Remastered) (1972) is the only, self-titled album by the unique musical group Akido, which represents a rare blend of African psychedelic rock, funk, and soul.

The album was surprisingly produced by Ronnie Lane, bassist for the celebrated British rock bands Small Faces and Faces. Recorded at London's legendary Marquee Studios, it was released in August 1972 on Mercury Records exclusively for the North American market. Due to the limited pressing, the original vinyl quickly became a rarity.
