"Passing Time" (1975) is the third and final studio album by the Canadian rock band Bearfoot, released under the moniker Dwayne Ford & Bearfoot on Epic Records and Columbia Records.

This album became a milestone in the Canadian soft rock scene of the mid-1970s and marked the moment when the band effectively transitioned into a solo project for its main ideologist, Dwayne Ford.

The album's music is imbued with a classic, warm, analog sound, inspired by the 1970s. Genre-wise, it can be described as a blend of classic rock, soft rock, folk rock, and pop rock, with an emphasis on rich keyboard arrangements, acoustic guitars, and soft vocal harmonies.

The album is ideal for quiet, reflective listening and is highly regarded by fans of vintage Canadian rock for its sincere songwriting and delicate yet professional instrumentation.

Recorded at the renowned Manta Sound Studios in Toronto, the album was produced by Bob Gallo.
