Jo Mango - The Lightswitch (2026) [Hi-Res]

Scottish singer-songwriter Jo Mango introduces her third solo album, The Lightswitch, marking her first solo release in twelve years. Produced by Adem and engineered by Paul Savage, the record features contributions from prominent guest musicians, including members of Pulp and session players for Brian Eno. Musically, the album shifts toward an electric guitar-led sound, complemented by rich orchestral and electronic arrangements inspired by contemporary indie folk and textural ambient soundscapes. Conceptually, the twelve tracks utilize domestic, inanimate objects as metaphors to explore deeper personal emotions and evolving perspectives on love songs.
