The group Los Bodegueros, led by Guilherme Barbosa and Fernando Leitzke, released their debut album RIO HABANA, recorded in studios across Rio de Janeiro and Havana. The project is a major international collaboration featuring musicians from Brazil, Cuba, Argentina, and Colombia. Across ten original tracks, traditional Cuban genres like bolero, cha-cha-chá, and son intertwine with Brazilian influences and samba elements. The record features notable guest appearances by Áurea Martins, Armando Marçal, Simone Lial, and Cuban vocalists David Campos and Daybel Rodriguez, while also paying tribute to the legendary samba musician Ivone Lara.
