Sebastian Rider – Purify My Soul is the debut solo studio album by American singer, guitarist, and songwriter Sebastian Rider, released on August 6, 2021 (the artist initially promoted it under his previous stage name, Blue House / Bluhauz).
The album received excellent press, making it into the prestigious "Top 20 Best Albums of 2021" list according to Blues Rock Review, while Classic Rock Magazine described its sound as "dirty yet decadent slabs of blues-rock riffs."
Sebastian Rider is a graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music. Before his solo career, he established himself as the frontman of the indie rock band Stone Giant and performed at major festivals like Lollapalooza. Remarkably, while studying at Berklee, Sebastian was honored to play Led Zeppelin music in front of Jimmy Page himself at a ceremony.
The album Purify My Soul (consisting of 13 tracks) became a deeply personal, therapeutic, and largely spiritual project for the musician. As the artist himself notes, this release symbolizes his inner transformation, his search for awareness, and his spiritual cleansing (directly reflected in the title "Purify My Soul").
