Pearl & The Oysters - Monkey Mind (2026) [Hi-Res]

The French-American duo Pearl & The Oysters is releasing their new album "Monkey Mind," produced by Jonathan Rado, who has previously worked with Weyes Blood, Miley Cyrus, and other prominent artists. Named after the Buddhist concept of a restless consciousness, the record was written in just a few weeks as a therapeutic response to the devastating 2025 Los Angeles fires and political shifts in the US. Shifting away from their previous intricate home recordings, the duo tracked the album straight to tape with minimal overdubs alongside a community of LA musicians, resulting in a looser, more grounded, and spontaneous sound.
