"Live Tasting" is a live album by the renowned Italian progressive rock band Latte e Miele (sometimes stylized as Latte E Miele), released in 2008 on Black Widow Records.

This release marked the classic trio's triumphant return to the stage after years of silence. The material for the album was recorded during their reunion concert on May 10, 2008, at the Teatro Cargo in Genoa, Italy.

The album's music embodies RPI's classic monumental and dramatic sound: complex keyboard passages reminiscent of Keith Emerson and Rick Wakeman, an abundance of Hammond, synthesizers, and Mellotron, baroque and classical motifs (Bach, Vivaldi), intertwined with energetic rock rhythms and emotional vocals in Italian.
