Banco Del Mutuo Soccorso – I Miti Musica (2005)

One of the three most important Italian prog-rock bands of the 1970s, along with Le Orme and Premiata Forneria Marconi, it was built around the Nocenzi brothers, Vittorio and Gianni, both keyboard players, and the charismatic voice of singer Francesco Di Giacomo.

The band is still active, after many lineup changes, including the departure of founding member Gianni Nocenzi in 1984 and the sudden death of Di Giacomo in a road accident in February 2014.

I Miti Musica is the official best-of compilation by the Italian progressive rock band Banco Del Mutuo Soccorso, released in 2005 (Sony BMG Music Entertainment).

The main goal of the I Miti Musica series is to collect the artist's most recognizable signature songs on a single disc. For newcomers, this collection serves as an excellent entry point into the band's work, as it includes their biggest radio hits and key album tracks.
