Alex Lahey, an Australian singer-songwriter from Melbourne known for energetic live performances, is releasing a special vinyl edition of her debut EP 'B-Grade University' through the Impressed Recordings label. The reissue features original tracks alongside new re-recordings and rare versions, including a live session from the popular Australian radio program Like A Version. Alex Lahey reflects on writing these songs in her mother's house in the late 2010s, selling her car and working temporary jobs to fund the recording. The EP became a turning point in her career, catalyzing international touring and meaningful connections with listeners worldwide. She remains deeply grateful to these songs, which have enabled her to continue creating. The vinyl is limited to 500 copies and available for pre-order with a July 20th release date.
