Julian Lage (born December 25, 1987, in Santa Rosa, California) is an acclaimed American jazz guitarist, composer, and former child prodigy. Celebrated for his prodigious technique, fluid improvisations, and seamless blending of jazz with American roots music (bluegrass, folk, and early rockabilly), he is widely considered one of the most innovative and versatile guitarists of his generation.
