"Wired" (2026) is the fifth studio album by the British transatlantic project Imaginary Kings.
Melodic, structured art rock and progressive rock with an emphasis on atmospheric keyboard guitar parts and complex rhythmic patterns. The absence of vocals leaves the interplay of keyboards, guitar solos, and a dynamic rhythm section to play a leading role.
Imaginary Kings was formed by UK and US musicians Peter Rand and Nick DeNardo. Wired is their fifth full-length album since the duo's inception.
Recording, mixing, and mastering took place between 2025 and 2026. Unlike intimate recordings, a wide range of session bassists and guitarists were brought in to create the album, giving each track a unique sound.
