Without Mercy is the fourth studio album by the British project The Durutti Column, led by virtuoso guitarist Vini Reilly. The album was released in 1984 on the legendary Manchester label Factory Records.

Without Mercy is one of the most refined and poetic works in the Factory Records catalog. A bold experiment in fusing post-punk with neoclassical and ambient music, it became a harbinger of modern minimalist classical music.
