The Éons Quartet, a resurrection of the original lineup of NEPTUNIAN MAXIMALISM, released a live recording titled "Nāgabhūtaṃ". The album captures the group's performance at Le Botanique in Brussels on April 9, 2025. Spanning over 42 minutes across 11 tracks, the fully improvised and trance-inducing set is steeped in black magic and ritualistic transformation, with a Sanskrit title referencing a fear-inducing divine mutation into a serpent.

The soundscape features massive saxophone work by Jean Jacques Duerinckx, heavy amplified guitar and fierce vocals by Guillaume Cazalet, alongside a rhythmic battle between percussionists Sébastien Schmit and guest musician Dirk Wachtelaer, who replaced original drummer Pierre Arèse. Visually framed by cover art from Daniele Valeriani, the release delivers a cataclysmic blend of drone doom merged with jazz and psychedelic elements.
