Jizue, a Japanese instrumental jazz-fusion band from Kyoto, was formed in 2006 by guitarist Norimasa Inoue, bassist Tsuyoshi "Gou" Yamada, and drummer Shin Kogawa. The following year, piano player Katagi "Kie" Nozomiyo joined the group. Their music blends post-rock with jazz, leading to a unique fusion sound. Jizue's early releases included their first studio album Bookshelf in 2010. The band gained significant traction after signing with Victor Entertainment in 2017, which led to the release of several albums including Seeds (2020) and biotop (2023). Jizue has performed at major music festivals such as Fuji Rock and released soundtracks for notable productions like Nine Border (2024). "SNEAKPEAK feat. Shing02" was released on June 24, 2026 as a pre-release single from the album.
