Les Plus Célèbres Ballades Américaines is a collaborative studio album released in 1978 by French vocalist Lucille and conductor Pierre-Jacques Malbaie. The record was released by the budget label Les Tréteaux with the goal of introducing American folk and pop classics to a wide audience. The project included French-language adaptations of famous compositions such as "The House of the Rising Sun" and "River of No Return."
