Amida Falls - Tradition (2026) Hi-Res

This is pure Jazz Rock/Fusion, where the classic intensity of guitar rock meets complex jazz improvisations and electronic textures. The music is entirely instrumental.

While the core of Amida Falls functions as a tightly knit trio (guitar, bass, and drums), they significantly expanded their palette for this album. Yannis Anft's keyboards (on "Zelda" and "It's All in Your Head") lend vibrant textures to the album, while the final track, "Zizou," features guest trumpet by Daniel Migliosi.

The project's name (Amida Falls) and some tracks (Ikigai and "Buddhas of Bamiyan") allude to Eastern philosophy and culture, balancing between contemplative tranquility and a powerful, dynamic flow, reminiscent of a waterfall.
