Inner Prospekt - The Gene Machine (2017)

"The Gene Machine" is a conceptual studio project by Italian multi-instrumentalist Alessandro Di Benedetti ([Inner Prospekt]).
A melodic and accessible form of progressive rock. The compositions are long and complex, yet retain a song-like structure and pleasing harmonies.
Influenced by classic 1970s progressive rock (particularly the keyboard style of Tony Banks of Genesis), dense Mellotron textures and piano passages.
