"Turned to Stone" is the debut studio album by the British instrumental rock band Troll, released in 1978 by Intersound. The album's music combines elements of jazz rock, progressive rock, and so-called library music.
Behind the "Troll" banner lurked an impressive lineup of stellar English session musicians of the time, including renowned drummer Simon Phillips (known for his work with Toto, The Who, and Jeff Beck) and iconic bassist Mo Foster. The album's composers were Barry Ryder and Mac Prindy.
